Biodynamic Full Cream Milk, Organic Milk Solids, Cocoa, Live Probiotic Cultures, Lactase Enzyme
A century ago, Mungalli Creek was thick rainforest. Today it's one of Australia's pioneering biodynamic dairies, run by brothers Rob and Dan Watson out of the farmhouse they grew up in, with Mt Bartle Frere rising behind it.
They've farmed biodynamically for more than 30 years. That means no artificial fertilisers, no pesticides, no antibiotics and no growth hormones. It also means treating the farm as one living system. Soil first, then pasture, then the cows.
About 30% of the farm has been handed back to the forest, with new rainforest plantings and wetlands. Cassowaries, platypus and wallabies share the place with the herd. The Watsons also pay their farmers more for their milk.
You can taste the difference. Their milk is never homogenised, so the cream rises to the top the way it used to. Give the bottle a shake, or don't, and claim the good bit for yourself.
Farming practices that restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and sequester carbon — going beyond sustainability to actively improve the land with every season.
Animals raised on open pasture with room to roam and graze naturally, leading to better welfare outcomes and richer, more nutrient-dense food.
Made with simple, recognisable ingredients — no artificial additives, preservatives, or synthetic fillers. What you see is what you get.
Grown or raised without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilisers, in line with certified organic standards.
A step beyond organic — biodynamic farming treats the farm as a living ecosystem, working with lunar cycles and natural preparations to build lasting soil vitality.
