This isn't a separate, watered-down "kids" formula — it's the exact same stoneground durum wheat, long-fermented and slow air-dried as the rest of the range. No shortcuts taken because it's going in a smaller bowl. Made right here in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, so what's in the bag hasn't sat in a shipping container for months before it reaches the plate.

Taste & texture
